Australian Bush Vine Grenache	Bush Vine Grenache is harvested from vines that have earned their place in history by being old enough to be able to achieve complex profiles from the terroir from years of sustained growth. Flam buoyantly aggressive, this full-bodied wine is based on a strong structure of powerful fruit, heavy toasted oak and loads of earthy/spicy needs. Deep garnet in colour, this wine is fermented on toasted Hungarian oak staves and Winery Grape Skins to bring out the rich flavours of prunes, fine black pepper and chewy tannins. California Cabernet Sauvignon	A distinctive Cabernet Sauvignon in an appealing rich, complex style, this full bodied wine has a deep garnet colour with an appealing aroma of plump blackberries, sweet vanilla and fresh violets. Notes of blackberries and cherries grace the palate interwoven with rich tannins and pepper spice extracted from the Cabernet Sauvignon Winery Grape Skins.
California Old Vine Zinfandel	Sourced from old vines that date back to years of history and tradition, our Old Vine Zinfandel surrounds the palate with impressions of black cherries and plump dark fruit framed by ample aromas of tobacco and dark coffee from the toasted French Oak. Fermented on varietal Zinfandel Winery Grape Skins, this full-bodied dry wine is fruit forward, yet showcases an array of spicy flavours on the finish.
California Syrah	Bold and assertive, the bouquet is opulent with vibrant notes of blackcurrants, rich leather and pepper spice laced with strong toasted oak. Fermentation on the Syrah Winery Grape Skins reveals bold overtones of dark chocolate, bursts of spice and an abundance of bold, chewy tannins. The finish is seamless, adding depth and character to this masterpiece.
Italian Super Tuscan	Full bodied and dry, this classic Italian blend exudes aromatics of farm fresh raspberries supported by subtle hints of vanilla and earthy tones. Fermentation on un-toasted American Oak shavings and the proprietary Primitivo Winery Grape Skins adds intense tannins to round out the concentrated nose of blackberries and black pepper.

Washington Merlot	This elegant ruby coloured Merlot features a rich aromatic bouquet of fresh red cherries, toasted oak and herbs. Medium to full bodied, it is characterized by the Merlot Winery Grape Skins which adds expressive flavours of dark ripe plums, berries and silky tannins. Well structured and balanced, it culminates dramatically on the palate.

Amarone style	This wine is full-bodied, with deep garnet color, and richly dry. Notes of plum, sour cherry, raspberry and vanilla gradually marry with anise, bitter chocolate, coffee, tobacco, leather and fig tones that develop with age. Long lingering finish, and alcohol that should exceed 15%. Try to give this wine at least 1 year of aging to enjoy the truly remarkable Amarone experience.
Cabernet / Merlot	The classic Bordeaux blend of Cabernet and Merlot with intense fruit and spice flavors and aromatics. Notes of currant, cherry and plum are backed by hints of black pepper, anise and coffee. Fermented on 2L of crushed grapes.
Cabernet / Shiraz	A rush of blackberry, plum, cherry and candied orange fragrances followed by flavors or currant, fig, cedar and spice. Powerful flavors of fruit start to come together after 2-3 months aging. After 6-12 months the tannins soften and the wine’s elegant charm really starts to reveal itself. Fermented on 2L of crushed grapes.
Chateau Du Pays	This wine derives its complex character from Syrah, Carignan and Grenache grapes. Fermented on 2L of Syrah and Grenache crushed grapes. Rich flavors suggestive of cherry, raspberry, blackberry and plum combine with notes of pepper and chocolate. Subtle herbaceous notes and a suggestion of cedar and violets with be noticed after 3 months but shows its harmonious best after 9 months.
Malbec	This Malbec is distinguished by its dark, dense structure with lush flavors of ripe cherry, black currant and black berry. Subtle notes of clove, vanilla and caramel with background suggestions of earthiness. Fermented on 2L of Malbec crushed grapes.
Merlot	This is a big and full Merlot with up-front waves of raspberry, blackberry and plum. Subtle notes of cedar and mocha follow the fruit. Dark, rich and intense, it is a wine worthy of aging and will do so for at least 2 years in the bottle. Fermented on 2L of Merlot crushed grapes.
Old Vines Zinfandel	Multidimensional delight starts with an up-front core of blackberry and dark cherry aromas followed by suggestions of blueberry, raspberry, cranberry and dried plum. Undertones are of chocolate, almond and exotic spice. It ends with an unmistakable black pepper sensation. After 2-3 months the powerful fruit flavors will dominate and you a more refined balance will be tasted after a few more months or years of cellaring.
Pinotage – Organic	A cross between delicate Pinot Noir and Cinsault grapes. The flavors are complex with dominant currant, cherry, banana, blackberry, vanilla and toastiness. It releases aromatics of black pepper, red currant, vanilla, spice, cedar, toasted hazelnut, cherry and trademark notes of banana. Beautifully balanced with great color, soft tannins, and a long clean finish. Mature Character is revealed in 6 months. Fermented on 2L of Pinotage crushed grapes.
Rosso Fortissimo	Super-Tuscan styled wine vented from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sangiovese and other native Italian varieties. Fermented on 2L of Yakima crushed Merlot grapes. A big, full-bodied wine with solid structure and bold fruit notes. Complex cassis, plum and cherry notes balance the bold tannins. 6 months aging to big to see harmony develop.
Syrah	Expect an aromatic rush of red and black fruits with hints of chocolate, coffee and licorice followed by the spiciness of black pepper. The deep-purple hued wine shows well after a minimum of 3 months but will benefit for 1 or 2 years in the bottle. Fermented on 2L of crushed grapes.
Zweigelt	An opulent bouquet of red fruit, including raspberry, cherry and currant, stands against a background of vanilla, black pepper and a hint of licorice. A certain earthiness on the nose counter balances the lively fruit and spice. The initially rustic tannins quickly mellow into a nicely structured state and contribute to a nice, long finish. A spicy, fruit driven wine with moderate tannins, that is a welcome alternative to universally produced Cabernet, Merlot and Syrah. Fermented on 2L of crushed grapes.
